On opposite corners of the kettle’s base are a minimalist circular LED screen and a circular control knob that doubles as the power switch. Depending on the variety of tea, coffee, or any other beverage you’re preparing, the Corvo can be set between 135°F-212°F/57°C-100°C within 1° increments (units can be adjusted based on your preference).

When it comes time to pour there’s a bit more going on than most kettles. First is the brew stopwatch. Well, the Corvo also features a 60-Minute hold feature that can be toggled via a switch on the base.
